欢迎使用由 杭州炬林科技有限公司（以下简称“炬林网络”或“我们”）提供的 原野志 (Field Ethos) 软件及相关服务。本《用户服务协议》（以下简称“本协议”）是您（以下称“用户”或“您”）与炬林网络之间关于注册、登录、使用原野志软件服务所订立的具备法律效力的契约。
【重要须知】 在您开始注册或使用原野志服务前，请认真阅读并充分理解本协议全部条款。当您勾选“同意”或实际使用原野志服务时，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议约束。
一、服务内容与账号规范
- 服务范围：原野志为用户提供基于人工智能的生物物种视觉识别、3D标本卡片生成、全维分类学图鉴查询、野外地理打卡与探索成就体系服务。
- 账号注册：用户需通过本人真实有效的手机号码完成账号注册。账号使用权仅归注册人所有，禁止赠与、借用、租用、转让或售卖账号。
- 账号安全：用户有义务妥善保管账号凭据与验证码。因用户个人保管不善导致的账号被盗或损失，由用户自行承担相关法律责任。
二、用户行为规范与禁止性规定
您在自由使用原野志服务时，必须遵守中华人民共和国相关法律法规，不得利用原野志服务制作、复制、发布或传播含有以下违法不良信息的内容：
- 危害国家安全、泄露国家秘密、颠覆国家政权、破坏国家统一的；
- 宣扬邪教、迷信、恐怖主义、极端主义或煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视的；
- 散布谣言、扰乱社会秩序、破坏社会稳定的；
- 散布淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；
- 侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人名誉权、肖像权、隐私权、知识产权等合法权益的；
- 非法捕猎、买卖、食用或危害国家重点保护野生动植物等违反生态保护法律法规的内容。
三、知识产权与内容授权
- 软件知识产权：原野志软件的界面设计、UI图标、前端代码、后端算法结构、数据库分类体系、商标及软件著作权均归 杭州炬林科技有限公司 所有。
- 用户生成内容 (UGC)：您在原野志上传或发布的原创照片、观察日志等内容的著作权归您原作者所有。您授予炬林网络在全球范围内免费、非排他、可转授权的使用许可，用于产品展示、AI模型训练优化及科普宣传。
四、免责声明与野外观察安全建议
【AI 识别免责说明】
原野志提供的 AI 物种识别结果与置信度仅供科普探索与野外观察参考，绝对不能 作为医药食用、毒性鉴定、危险野生动物防范或法律鉴定的唯一专业依据。因误食或盲目接触野生动植物引发的伤害，炬林网络不承担法律责任。请保持安全距离观察野生生物。
五、服务变更、中断与终止
炬林网络有权根据业务发展需要随时调整、升级或优化服务。因不可抗力（如自然灾害、网络中断、黑客攻击、政府指令等）导致的服务中断，炬林网络将在第一时间尽力修复，但不承担由此造成的间接损失。
六、法律适用与争议解决
本协议的订立、执行、解释及争议解决均适用 中华人民共和国法律。若您与炬林网络发生任何争议，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均有权向 杭州炬林科技有限公司所在地（浙江省杭州市）有管辖权的人民法院 提起诉讼。

Welcome to Field Ethos (原野志), operated by Hangzhou Julin Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Julin Network", "we", "us"). These User Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Julin Network regarding your account registration, access, and use of Field Ethos.
[IMPORTANT NOTICE] Please carefully read and understand all terms before registering or using Field Ethos. By checking "Agree" or accessing our services, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Services & Account Registration
- Service Scope: Field Ethos provides AI species recognition, 3D specimen card generation, biological taxonomy encyclopedias, field geo-tagging, and achievement tracking services.
- Account Registration: Users must register using a valid mobile phone number. Account ownership belongs strictly to the registrant and cannot be gifted, rented, transferred, or sold.
- Account Security: Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and verification codes. Julin Network is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
2. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Acts
You agree to comply with all applicable laws in the People's Republic of China. You shall not upload, post, or transmit content that:
- Endangers national security, divulges state secrets, or undermines national unity;
- Promotes cults, violence, terrorism, or incites ethnic hatred/discrimination;
- Spreads pornography, gambling, violence, or instigates crimes;
- Infringes upon third-party copyrights, privacy, or legal intellectual property rights;
- Promotes illegal poaching, trafficking, consumption, or harm of protected wildlife species.
3. Intellectual Property & UGC Licensing
- Software IP: All UI designs, code, backend algorithms, databases, trademarks, and software copyrights of Field Ethos belong exclusively to Hangzhou Julin Network Technology Co., Ltd.
- User Generated Content (UGC): Copyrights of original photos and observation logs uploaded by users belong to the original creators. You grant Julin Network a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use UGC for service presentation, AI model optimization, and educational outreach.
4. Disclaimers & Nature Observation Disclaimer

AI species identification results provided by Field Ethos are for educational and observational reference ONLY. They must NEVER be used as the sole basis for medical/edible safety, toxicity testing, or legal identification. Julin Network assumes no liability for injuries resulting from contact with wild flora or fauna.
5. Service Modifications & Interruption
Julin Network reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or suspend services as needed for business evolution. In cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, network failures, cyberattacks), we will promptly make reasonable efforts to restore services without assuming liability for indirect damages.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent People's Court located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.
